Terms
Terms of Use
Effective October 6, 2026.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.
These terms apply to anyone who visits pipa.global, reads the articles (published in Portuguese) or uses the contact form. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
Pipa Global is in the process of being incorporated. Until then, the site is maintained by the founding partners, Luiz Fialho and Marcos Lopes, who operate under the name Pipa Global. The company’s Brazilian taxpayer ID (CNPJ) and address will be published here as soon as they exist. Contact us at contact@pipa.global.
What the site is
A company website: it introduces Pipa, explains how we work and publishes articles. There is no sign-up, client area or sales through the site.
The content informs; it doesn’t advise
The texts and articles cover artificial intelligence in business in general terms. They are not guidance for your specific case, nor legal, accounting, tax or employment advice. Every company has its own processes, data and risks, and any decision should take that into account. We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it reflects what we knew on the publication date shown on each article.
Demos use fictitious data
The screens in the By industry section are demos. The companies, developments, people and numbers in them are made up. They do not show clients, results achieved or any promise of results.
Brand, texts and designs
The texts, articles, designs, images and original code of the site belong to Pipa’s founding partners and are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei de Direitos Autorais, Law No. 9,610/1998). The Pipa Global name and logo identify Pipa and may not be used in a way that could mislead or confuse. Third-party fonts and libraries used on the site are subject to their own licenses.
- You may: read, share the link and quote excerpts, as the law allows, with credit to Pipa and, preferably, a link to the original page.
- You may not, without written permission: reproduce entire articles, publish altered versions, sell the content, or use Pipa’s name and logo in a way that suggests a partnership, recommendation or endorsement.
Third-party trademarks that appear on the site, such as IBGIA’s, belong to their respective owners.
Contact form
- Use accurate information and your own contact details. Don’t include sensitive personal data or other people’s data.
- Don’t send advertising, chain messages or malicious links, and don’t send in bulk. To protect the site, we limit the number of submissions per internet address (IP). If you provide an email address, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
- Sending a message does not create a contract or any obligation for either side. Work only begins with a proposal accepted in writing.
How we handle the data you send is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Use of the site
Don’t use the site for illegal activities, and don’t try to access restricted areas, bypass security protections or overload the server. We may block access that does any of this.
Visit analytics only runs if you accept cookies. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party pages, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and the IBGIA website. Those sites have their own rules and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site online and accurate, but it may become unavailable, change, or have its content updated or removed without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Pipa is not liable for losses arising from decisions made solely on the basis of the site’s content, or from periods when the site was offline.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the company changes, for example once Pipa has a CNPJ. The date at the top shows the version in effect. If a change is significant, we’ll announce it on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
